Fighting for the people of the city, HARUSPEx is a cyborg who was left for dead on the streets after his clan was brutally murdered. In an effort to seek revenge, he turned to the Augurs—a group of mythical soothsayers—who refused to take him in, denying him access to their powers. Unrelenting, he developed the technology himself.
